Many attractive women are hit upon constantly by men. Such women have gotten used to being treated like princesses, and they often act like a brat to get their way.
Since such women are used to being fussed after by many guys, when a humorous guy appear and make fun of them, if often get the guy notice. Tease them, do not answer any of their questions about your job, house, hobbies etc., it will often get their attention.
The humor and self-confidence in not bowing down to them keeps the attention of such women.
If you can point out a woman's indiosyncracies and make her laugh, you can go far. The woman cannot insist that what you said are false, and the best part is that she is laughing at herself. And she cannot be hating you because you have said it in a fun way.
Do not let them know you are interested
At the start, never let women feel that you are interested.
In studies they did on kittens, a kitten will approach the person seems least interested in it. They can detect when a person is not paying attention to it.
Women behave like this too. If you act uninterested, you will get women surprised that you do not like them. This can be fun and challenging to the women; it is not being manipulative.
